Word

Word is one of the easiest programs to get started with. You  can use it's basic features without having to worry about it's vast number of sophisticated features.  However with a little bit of training, you can improve the appearance of your documents and speed up your performance. 

Is there a Mail Merge, Table, Form or Report that you need help with?  

Did you know that Word can perform calculations?

Are tabs, indents, bullets, numbering etc. driving you crazy?

Would you like to include a graph, picture etc. from another package?

Can you create/insert standard phrases and paragraphs?

Would you like to stop an annoying automatic feature?

Do you use headers, footers, page numbering?

Can you insert symbols (ticks, degrees, fractions)?

Do you use Styles, Bookmarks, Table of Contents, Document Mapping etc. for long reports?

Can you create a macro to carry out routine procedures?
