Access is a powerful database and is used by many computer developers.  Impressive results can also be achieved by non-programmers, but they usually need some help.  It is much harder to get started with Access than with other Microsoft Office packages.  It is particularly important to  create a good database structure. This often proves difficult for non-technical people.
